Department of State Health Services The Texas Diabetes Council was established by the Texas Legislature in 1983. The Council works with private and public organizations to promote diabetes prevention and awareness of quality care. They develop, implement and monitor a state plan for diabetes control. Free educational materials are available.

Camps
